Do you know how old Pharaoh was? 400 years! In those 400 years, he never once had a headache or fever. If he had experienced a headache even once, he would never have remained as Pharaoh. Such a great mercy it is, the various trials that come upon us. There was a discussion in the presence of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) about a woman, and the Prophet (PBUH) listened with great interest and even considered marriage. But when someone mentioned that she had never fallen ill, he immediately abandoned the idea. Then, in a conversation among the Companions about headaches, an Arab gentleman present asked, “What is a headache?” The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised to stay away from him and observe him closely, saying, “This is how those destined for Hell are.”
